Order Information

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after checkout. If you need your order to be shipped instead of local pick up you must pay the shipping amount before it is shipped to you. Discount codes can not be added once your order is placed.

WE DO NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT UNTIL THE ITEM IS RETURNED AND PROCESSED. 

    Return Policy

    Refunds will not be given, only a store credit. We cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item. All items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. NO EXCEPTIONS! It must be within 10 days no exceptions! Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges will not be credited back to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping amount if the item has to be shipped again. The merchandise must be in the original package with the original tags. The customer can exchange for free in our local store but it must also be within the 10 days no refunds will be given.

    For example, if you received your order September 10th, we need to receive it no later than September 20th. Anything after the 10th day will be denied and your return will be sent back to you at your expense. 

    • The following items are all FINAL sales and cannot be exchanged. 
    • Sale Items, Clearance 
    • Holiday/Seasonal Items, 
    • Leggings of all type
    • Accessories (Including: Hats/Beanies, Jewelry, Scarves, Undergarments, such as bralettes)
    • If you use any discount code the items that cover the code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us or exchanged!
    The item must meet all of the following guidelines below.
    • Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED. Items that appear worn, stains, smell of cigarettes or fragrances, deodorant, or odors, tags not attached, etc WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    • We inspect all items before shipping them, so please return your item the same way you received it. We will NOT accept the item if it is damaged in any way. There will be no exceptions to our policy. 
    Southern Grace Boutique is NOT responsible for:
    • Delays with UPS shipping, There will be delays around holidays so we cannot guarantee how fast the item will ship so please order ahead of time.
    • Products that are lost or damaged in mail. The Postal service or UPS is responsible after we ship the packages.
    • If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for replacing the item.
    • If the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order we are not liable for the USPS guarantees. 
    • Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct address. We are not responsible if it is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information. 
    • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography/ indoor & outdoor lighting-these do not qualify as defects.
